Franciacorta, not far from Milan, is high on our list of must visit regions, with a trip to Ca ‘del Bosco the top of the list. Having had the opportunity of seriously enjoying and tasting their Ca ‘del Bosco, Dosage Zero Sparkling, Vintage 2016 along with their Chardonnay during our wonderful dining experience at IL Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milano. Our cellar is stocked with bottles from this highly regarded vineyard. (2019)
