We toured the Peloponnese area, west of Athens and visited Semeli Estate (www.semeliestate.gr), a historic winery located in the Nemea region of the Peloponnese.

A tour of the production facilities constructed over three levels is fascinating to see the high-tech, large scale, gravity fed operations.

You may be interested to know that Giannis Antetokounmpo, the acclaimed NBA Basketball star, and his family acquired the Semeli Estate in 2025 and it will be interesting to see the direction they take Semeli in the future.
