During our stay in Santiago, we took a trip to Vina del Mar and enroute went through the Casablanca Valley, that is renowned for its cool climate white wines (Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay) and Pinot Noir. The region has a combination of small and large producers with a number of them providing tours and tastings. (2016)
